I remember it so vividly. It’s the middle of the pandemic, the world is shifting around us in ways that none of us has experienced before and my team comes to me with an Inc. 5000 application. At the time, with so much noise out there, I didn’t think too much of it. I said, “sure, let’s apply” but then kind of put it out of my mind. After all, there was so much more to worry about then. 

A few months later, I get the email. We were on the Inc. 5000 list on our first time applying! I didn’t realize how good that would feel to get that kind of recognition and know that out of so many companies, Clovity was one of the top growing companies in the entire United States. I was so glad that we had taken that step to apply and have my team recognized for their continued hard work.

Fast forward 4 years… and this week we have now hit a milestone I wouldn’t have thought possible. Clovity is now receiving its 4th win in 4 years on the Inc. 5000 list. As you know, these were no ordinary 4 years either. I mean, even today’s economy still continues to throw challenge after challenge towards both public and private sectors. It hasn’t been easy, but as a team we have overcome challenge after challenge, year after year.

As Clovity continues to refine its offerings, expands in UK office to better support EMEA, and starts to grow its office in Japan, I am confident that we will again be on the Inc. 5000 list next year. Regardless of what the world will throw at us, I know the intelligence and uncanny grit of our team will continue to strive and succeed..just like it has before.

Let me talk about our amazing people at Clovity. Their ability to pivot, adapt, and thrive in uncertain conditions has been nothing short of extraordinary. Whether it was finding new ways to deliver value to our clients, expanding our capabilities, or venturing into new markets, they’ve continuously pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, and I have never been prouder. This continued recognition by Inc. 5000 is proof that their strategy and execution have worked, even in the face of adversity.

As we again celebrate this milestone, it’s important for me to remind myself that our journey is far from over. The challenges we face will continue to evolve, and so must we. Our expansion into new regions is just the beginning. The future is bright for Clovity, and I am confident that with my team’s collective expertise and determination, we will not only continue to grow but also set new benchmarks for success in our industry.
